Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our pediatric dental clinic. Our online booking system is intended to make scheduling simple and convenient for families. Appointment Scheduling Online scheduling is available for routine visits, new patient exams, hygiene appointments, follow-up visits, and limited emergency evaluations. Certain procedures or sedation appointments may require scheduling by phone. All appointments requested online are subject to clinic review and confirmation. A confirmation email, text message, or phone call will be sent once the appointment is approved. Parent or Guardian Requirement A parent or legal guardian must accompany all patients under 18 years of age during appointments. Arrival Time Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. New patient forms and insurance information should be completed prior to arrival whenever possible. Insurance and Payment Patients are responsible for providing accurate insurance information at the time of booking. Co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Online booking does not guarantee insurance coverage or payment for services. Cancellation and Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 business hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in limited access to online scheduling. Late Arrivals Patients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid delays for other families. Dental Emergencies If your child is experiencing severe pain, swelling, trauma, bleeding, or difficulty breathing, please contact emergency services or seek immediate medical care. Online emergency requests are monitored only during regular office hours. Privacy Information submitted through the online booking system is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and HIPAA regulations. Communication Consent By scheduling online, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling-related communications by text, email, or phone.
